Kitchen Remodeling Gone Wrong

We hired Manco Management to remodel our kitchen. Here is what went wrong: Beautiful Kraftmaid Cabinets delivered, but installer nailed numerous holes into cabinets and walls to hang them, then filled in holes with the repair putty; electrical underlighting of cabinets installed, and installer created burst damage when drilling holes under cabinets, leaving holes for electrical lines with splintered wood; designer and installer did not discuss clearance of counter top and bottom of cabinets, leaving only 13 inches, not the standard of 17-18 inches, so that appliances do not fit under the cabinetry; holes left in walls around light switches where electrician apparently knocked holes in the wall to pull wiring for under cabinetry;

Hole in wall created by installers, under base cabinet not repaired and stuffed with owner's paper towels (discovered when base cabinet drawer wouldn't close because mouse had pushed and pulled paper towels out of the way to gain entry); cabinet hardware installed by Manco, subcontractor, and crooked (need to replace two drawers at our expense);

Knicks in corner display cabinet around areas where screws were placed; cabinet doors rubbing and needed adjustment, customer needed to ask designer/project builder Manco to have this fixed; kitchen not completed with molding (wrong size originally ordered), took three months to have right size delivered and after multiple phone calls to contractor, had molding delivered for us to install ourselves; some molding applied for base cabinet of sink with gaps and glue showing on floor;

$6000 granite countertops stained near sink in the first week and inspected by contractor who believed customer put something on granite to cause this; professional cleaning of granite by customer, with cleaners revealing that this part of the granite was never sealed properly by the installers; asked contractor to check on replacement piece of granite around sink (customer offered to pay for damage) and contractor did not followup or recontact;

Joints of granite countertops left with gaps, joint grout dissolved or settled leaving unfinished look and unsealed; granite bar countertop installed with shim left hanging out underneath, many explanations for what were errors
