I ordered a 28' round leaf cover for my pool August 20.2007. I received the item more than a month later only to be sent the wrong size, a 24' round leaf cover. My requests for an RGA to return the item were igmored until I sent a third email threatening legal action and finally got a response. The response was one saying that they "cannot find me in the system but thanks for the rediculous threats"!
