Fraudulent Oral Contract, Doubled Price

This concerns my move with my husband that occurred within the state of Florida in July. Omer specifically quoted us a travel price ($674) to include only the time the movers were on the road between our two locations. Because I said I would go with another company that would charge a flat rate, he said we would not pay for the movers' trip back to the warehouse. When they had our stuff, they refused to comply with this agreement.instead, they charged us extra, including four hours for unloading which took only 2.5 hours. When my husband and I complained that we were paying further for "unloading" that was already done, they said they had not taken any "5-minute breaks" during their day, and they already had my name on the contract.in total, they charged us $1266.50.
