It's too bad to sit in fron the computer and spend precious time writing this report. I do it for myself and hopefully for others who check out this site before they order.
I ordered my sign on April 13, money deducted a few days afterwards. Since then I called on a regular base and asked where my order is. The answer was one of the following: "out of stock", "ready to ship in one week", I will find out for you. This is my goal for today", "shipped I am waiting to receive the tracking#". Each time a different answer from one of the 2 women who pick up the phone. Karen gives you all those infos and she is very professional. Takes your Order#, Starts up the computer because she always just came into the office - very friendly voice and then she will give you one of the above answers. Sometimes somebody else picks up and will give the information to Karen and Karen will contact you today. Of course Karen does not return the phone.
How is it possible that a company like this can stay in the business? A company by the way with a web-page?
I am going to take further steps. This is the second company I had a bad experience.
How does it feel to be Karen? What type of woman must she be to lie to everybody and take the money from rich and POOR. $75 is not much money for the rich - $75 can be A LOT for less wealthy. Somebody maybe who saved money in order to improve his house with a sign...
Don't do business with this company!
