In May I purchase cermaic tile to be installed by Home Depot in two different areas of our home.installation happened on the day scheduled but there were problems with the transistion area in 4 different doorways. After many repeated calls to the store none of which were returned by them, I finally went to a manager over home installation. He finally got the contractor back to my home on June 23rd, this was 1 month after initial installation. They fixed 2 of the doorways and couldnt finish the other 2 they did not have the right equipment. I reset an appointment with home depots manager because the contractor told no one he had not finished the job. On 7/7/07 I waited for the contractor, they did not show so I called them, this is now my 27th call on this issue. They did not have me down on their schedule to finish this job and had no idea when they would be able to. I called home depot and left word for them once again to call me back. I do not recommend Home Depot to install anything in your home there is no accountability whatsoever and you spend all of your time chasing them down!
