I ordered a loveseat from Storehouse Furniture over 11 months ago, prior to it's closing. The company filed bankruptcy, did not deliver the furniture, but would not remove it from my account. I have since then, attempted to contact HSBC, who put it in dispute, have refused to accept the documentation that I have provided and have sent correspondence to me stating that they are taking it out of dispute and that I am responsibile for the charges. I have faxed several letters with copies of my invoice, but they continue to send letters to me stating that I have not responded. When I call them, no one is able to assist me with my claim, or they hang up on me.
