On 05/28/07 I ordered a spa pump from the above Company on line. After a couple pf weeks I started tracking the order through their web site and found a message that said that the order would be shipped in 1 to 3 days. After another week I attempted to contact their custumer service and found that they only communicated by e-mail. I e-mail daily and the tracking report still says that the order will be shipped in 1 to 3 days. There is no way to talk to anyone in that Company if their is one and I am now looking for ways to cancel the whole thing and recover my money.
