I ordered a TV online. Right away I got a e-mail Your order has been shipped. It will be there between 2/1-2/07. I am waiting, trying not to leave the house so I don't miss the delivery. On 2/04 I try tracking the package. I can't get through. I call Customer service they can't find the package. They call the shipping company said it's been shipped. On 2/07 no TV. I try the on line tracking. I can get through. I call customer service. I get a guy (Daniel) in South America, saying you have to be patient. Mean while they have my money already out of my checking account from day two of this order. So Daniel said he would put me through to someone else. Now I have Becky on the line. Trying to be my best friend! She tells me it's been shipped. I said I want to cancel my order! No we can't do that until you have the package. She said wait another Seven days if it hasn't been delivered we will refund your money. The worst delivery system I have ever experience
