On 10/14/07 I ordered an xbox 360 for my son, the next day I received an email saying they received my order and my credit card payment and to check their site for the status of the order and the tracking #. After checking for a week I still had no tracking # and no xbox. I called their 800 number and was told the product went out 10/17 and I would have a tracking # later that day.
After 2 more days and no tracking # I called back and was told the order would go out next week, at that time I cancelled the order and was told I would have my $ refunded within a week. Two weeks later I still have no money. I call daily and I'm told a new refund date daily. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with, they are a HUGE ripoff. Avoid this company like the plague.
