On January 27 I attended a Home and Garden Show in San Antonio. I found a booth selling mattresses. It was called Sleep Shows, Inc. After I spoke with the salesman, Chris Kelso, and decided I wanted to try this bed out, he told me that I needed to put a $1,000 deposit down and that the mattress would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks, I still had not received my mattress.
I attempted contacting the numbers at the bottom of the invoice but, "Surprise", the number is changed. So I tried the new number and it was disconnected. But of course, the check cleared the bank on February 2nd. The only number that still works belongs to Chris Kelso and he does not return phone calls. I have tried every which way possible to contact this company and I have had no luck whatsoever. It is super frustrating.
