Buyer Beware of Sleep America's mattresses... Very poorly made.
Sleep America mattresses are defective. After four months of use, the side edge of bed where you sit first thing in the morning to slip your shoes on, hangs down like a 30 year old mattress, and the side where you sleep remains caved in.
The company/store refuses to replace the mattresses.
Several people in our neighborhood have purchased mattresses from Sleep America and each mattress has the same problem. The people who have purchased these mattresses are not children but people age 60 and over. After four months of normal everyday use, the mattress has dips where you lay as well as on the side where you sit first thing in the morning. It is so bad that a comforter, a blanket and sheets do not hide the fact that the mattress has no form and there are permanent dips in the mattress. After four months of sleep, 8 hours a night, and Sleep America mattresses look like hell. What will they look like in a year!?
They look like second hand. So instead of giving your money to Sleep America, just go get a second hand mattress, and save yourself lots of money, because a second hand mattress is what you will have anyway buying from Debbie Gavey's Sleep America stores!
