I bought a Hoover Steam Vac I used it one time and it did not suck up the water on my carpets, thought I would try to use it again and still nothing! I called the consumer response center and all they could tell me is that they could give me a list of service centers to take it to. I have to pay for a vac that never worked since I have had it. That does not seem fair to me, I own another cleaner vac and it fell apart after a few uses too. I think it is a rip off you pay anywhere from $100-$500 for these cleaners and they do not even last but a few cleanings in this case not even that long.
I will never buy another cleaner from Hoover or any other company, I will just rent the ones from the store they seem to last longer than the store bought ones. I just want to let people know DO NOT BUY THESE CLEANERS they are JUNK!
