I bought a hoover vacuum cleaner (patented windtunnel) last year from your store in west airport and 59 south in houston tx. With extended warranty. The hoover was working very well earlier but last month stoped picking up dirt, i had to change the bag and cleaned up the brush. That did not solve the problem. Anyway, i don't have the receipt of purchase or the warranty receipt. I have made several attempts to get someone to help me with this but no one has given me any reasonable solution. Please, kindly tell me what to do with this vacuum cleaner. Thanks
