This company charged me 2,500.00 to cancel a pool, but I only sent them 2,000.00. I had to re-finance my home to pay that. Blue World Pools told me if I did not pay them they would take my land and trailer. We had 3 day to cancel. I fax them saying I did not want the pool because I was a single mom and could not afford it. Ken P. Said the fax would not work I had to have it in writing so he said I was too late to cancel.
This price to cancel is a rip off, I talked to a local pool place in my area and ask him what he charged when his customers called and canceled and he said $100.00 for the paper work. He said you could have bought a pool for that. I just seen this on myfoxatlanta.com and I am just one of many that they have done wrong. There are many bad reports on usacomplaints.com on this company.
Something should be done to this company they are not just ripping paying customer off they are ripping there employee off to. They should have to pay back the ridiculous amount of money they took from all of us, buy they keep on getting away with this because they change there name.
