My steam cleaner is broken, and all i got was an email telling me to take to nearest dealer to fix

This is about the bissell pro steam cleaner. I have 2 cleaners and both of them had the same thing wrong with them. They would rinse but wouldn't dispense the cleaner. The 1st cleaner i returned after 3 uses, and the store i bought it from exchanged it no problem. The 2nd one worked for a little over a year and then the same thing started to happen all over again. I contacted bissess via email and all they told me was to take it to a dealer and have it repaired. Didn't offer nothing. No money, coupons or anything.

Now it sits in my utility closet collecting dust. I used it 4 times, before it quit. My sister in florida has the same make and model and hers did the same thing. She used hers 5 times and it quit.

I will never buy a bissell product again, no matter how cheap they are. The pro steam was $300.00 brand new, and to me that isn't cheap, especially if you are on a fixed income. I'm very disappointed in bissell. My family has been buying bissell products for over 25 yrs. Shame on you bissell for now taking pride in your products anymore!!!
