I purchased the Hoover Tempo bagless vacum cleaner at Sears 9 months ago. It is a piece of crap, and the worst vacum cleaner I have ever had. It clogs after 2 minutes of use, and has to be unclogged every time I use it. I paid 75.00 for the vacum cleaner. After 3 months, Sears will not replace the vacum cleaner or refund the amount. At this point I am not able to find the receit. I would like to know how your company would like to take care of this situation, that I may continue to be a
satisfied Hoover customer. I would be interested in a full refund from Hoover. Thanks.
