Ordered a console which arrived late. On inspection, it appeared flawed. E-mails flew back and forth in which the company, through one of it's agents, acknowledged flaws based on photos I had submitted. He agreed to replace the item.
After 3 weeks of no action to pick up the product, a second agent for the company denied any flaws in the product and requested pictures. They had lost the pictures I'd previously sent. So new pictures were e-mailed and this agent then denied any flaws.
They wanted me to return the product at my expense and pay a re-stocking fee. After countless e-mails, they finally agreed to reduce the cost of the merchandise and it was more cost efficient for me to agree than to pay to ship the product back to them. Now I've got an ugly console to get rid of.
My credit was supposed to be entered within 7 days, but it took them over four weeks to do so. And then they tried to blame the delay on me because I'd notified my credit card company of a disputed charge. I'd told them I was doing so, but they ignored that information.
I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. They make lots of promises, but don't keep them.
