Basically Stole $400 from me, gave horrible product and worse customer service

My wife and I ordered pictures of our 2 year old son from OUR 365 Portraits. There has been so many problems with this order from the beginning. We had to call them first to get the pictures shipped (we call 2 weeks after the check was cashed and they had yet to send them, when we were told delivery would be in 2 weeks.) The second call was about the pictures themselves. The color was awful, the pictures were miscut and some of their photography equipment could be seen in the finished product. They stated they would fix the pictures and resend them out. We received the pictures today and the order was incomplete. My wife called and was told that they were not told about the rest of the pictures being bad, but upon further review of the notes they found that they were supposed to resend all the pictures. I was upset so I called and asked for my money back. I have given them every opportunity to fix these issues, and now I am fed up. I was told they will not issue me a refund. Also was told that there is no supervisor to speak to, that the agent (Sylvia Barros) would let the supervisor know that I would like to speak to them but that they might not call me back. I am basically out $400 dollars because they will not refund my money back. I do not know what to do.
