Ripoff They have taken my money and left me with a product that does not work

Purchased CD-RW based on REBATE OFFER. Filled out ALL Required forms. NO REBATE - DENIED? Product did not work. No one answers at telephone number.

Always a recording saying "call back during business hours" (no answer during ANY HOUR!) Sent e-mails to 'tech support' waited 3 weeks for response. GOT ONE..."try again".

Requested to speak with a LIVE individual...
There are none! Multiple e-mails sent, still no response. Pressed for RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE and RETURN OF PURCHASE PRICE (no rebate ever sent). They will not "cross-ship" product nor pay for anything...

This company stinks, it is the worst. They have taken my money and left me with a product that does not work, nor do they really care wether it does or doesnt.

I am sure I am not alone.
