On feb 28th they showed up at 9:30pm at night, which was 6 hours late. I had to call four times to get an update to see when the technician was coming. They said it would take three days for the part to come in and it is now March 23, and I have had to call South Bay Appliance 13 times to find out when they were coming out an only to get rude responses and to be told thats the way service is. The technician doing the jobs was fine but not enough to be treated with the bad customer service.in my opion the owner of the company should shut the doors and go and learn character, values, dignity and responsibilty and than maybe become sef employed
