We have tried for quite some time to get our brand new microwave repaired. A & E has sent us parts that were incorrect or packaged poorly that when I picked it up off our porch, it fell out of the box. The part broke. No tape on the box, no bubble wrap, one end open. We were promised that a new (correct) part would be sent to us 'next day air', we waited over 2 weeks for this part. (which we just received today)
I have taken 4 days off from work to get this repaired, to no avail.
We were promised of phone calls to let me know when the part will be shipped and when we can schedule a technician. We were also repeatedly promised that they would work with me to get a technician out on 'my time'. The customer service rep today told me that, once again, I will have to take the day off from work because they can't make technicians 'magically appear' on the days I have off (Monday or Tuesday). I asked for a supervisor and the rep told me he couldn't give his call to a supervisor. I was 'stuck' with his answer, and his answer only.
I would high suggest that if you purchase from a company that uses A & E Appliance Repair as their service company... Beware. They do not understand what good customer service means.
