I purchased two chairs on January 2. I was informed it may be a couple of weeks before I received my chairs. Well in the mean time I got an unexpected bill during the time I was waiting on my chairs. My only choice was to cancel my order at Ashley Furniture and get my money back. I went to the store with my receipt and was informed that I would be charged a 25% fee for the return. $214.34 fee for no merchandise or anything for my money they simply kept the money for no reason as I can see. I never even got the chairs to my house it was a simple order cancel. This is simply theft of my money pure and simple I received no services or merchandise for that amount but they kept it anyway.
To add insult to injury when I began to complain to the manager about how I was getting ripped off he became combative and threw me out of the store his name is Robert Lee. Please don't ever buy anything from this furniture store you have no way out if you cancel an order they will rob you of 25% of your money and you get nothing in return.
