On November 26, I ordered $1,808 worth of office furniture from Ashley Furniture. They told me it would be 8 weeks before it came in after I bought it. I decided to cancel the order. I was informed after the fact that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So what exactly does that mean at Ashley Furniture? It means they will not exchange, return or refund ANYTHING! They are rude about it. They informed me that when I signed the sales receipt that it says on there in 3 different places that all sales are final. I was rushed through the process and nothing was ever explained or mentioned about it. This is a terrible business practice! The furniture has not even shipped and they will not cancel it.
