I returned a defective EdenPure heater. I then called and asked them when my replacement would be shipped. It will be shipped tomorrow. I called back the next day for a tracking number and they were having some shipping difficulties. I asked when it would be shipped tomorrow they said. I called back tomorrow, and it still had not shipped.
So now we are on a week of tomorrows, I now have a tracking number. However they do not know exactly when the heater will ship, today or tommorrow? This whole process is in the 3rd week now. And my replacement could still be sitting on the dock waiting to finally go out.
