The company's person in charge (Sharon) uses all means to avoid refunding the money simply by promising the refund but not refunding. I called over a dozen of times during almost 3 months to no avail. All papers were submitted on time. My guess - if the company does not honor its own refund policy-not much a supprise that the stuff (which looks and smells like a regular beer yeast) did not have any impact after me, like a total fool pooring it down D-box for months, trying to do everything by the book. And after my call to the company-I was nicely advised to purchase another 300.00 set, becaues"in summer time id got the best effect". 300.00 dollars wasted and, months of emptying of septic tank by all means available, installing a new septic system 6 months later-looking at smiles of the contractor after this odissey shared, I think-company as such belongs to the list of ripp-off ones, and I belong to the list of fools who trusted the wrong establishment.in any case-do not believe to the positive postings-chances are-planted.
