I purchased two EdenPure heaters in December. One heater quit working in January. We sent in a service request as they told us to do. We waited almost a month - no reply. I finally emailed them. They sent us shipping labels to ship it back.
We shipped it back. Another month went by - no response. I emailed them again. They replied that they had credited their distributor (Affordable Heat) and that we could get a new heater or a refund. They said Affordable Heat would call us that day. They called the next day. They asked if I wanted a new heater or a refund. I requested a refund.
Two weeks have gone by - no refund. I have called them twice in the last two days. They will not call me back.
