My home was built in 2003. Each change of season requires a call to Foster for repairs. I have 2 AC & 2 Heating units. Each summer the upstairs AC had freon added by the company, yet there is no problem. 2 months after freon was added to the downstairs unit and reported no leaks, no improper misfunction found, a compressor had to be replaced. The upstairs AC unit was found to have a small leak. This was found after constant nagging and entering the 3rd year of warranty which is limited. This was never fixed due to the charge was now over $400. This was reported to the BBB but they accepted the untruth submitted by foster. I provided them with documentation and dates to conflict with the company, yet they decided the company has reponded appropriately. Currently I am without any heat upstairs. I am in the process of attempting to find a lawyer to handle this.
