I order a console table from Erustic.com 4 months ago and was charged on my credit card for the table. I was told that it would take 8 weeks and was given excuses that my table would be shipped soon.
A month later, still no table, no e-mail confirmation of my table being shipped or phone call. I have tried to reach the company through their online customer service and get no response. I have tried the number that is listed on their website and only get an answering machine. I have looked them up through information to get a current phone number and they are not listed.
I'm so frustated. I don't know what to do. I would love to sue them and put them out of business for good so that they can't to the same to another consumer. I was charged $518 dollars and would love to get my money back since they will not deliver my table. These people are a bunch of crooks.
