We ordered two orders of furniture from erustic.com over four months ago. We were told the furniture would be delivered within eight weeks. Eight weeks turned into nine, then ten, twelve... Etc. At the seventeen week point, it has been made clear that the company cannot deliver the product.
Erustic.com has made every excuse in the book as to why we do not have our furniture. They have blamed it on the manufacturer, the trucking company, the freight carrier, etc. We have demanded our money back, and they will not comply. They simply keep promising our furniture "next week".
We were informed that our order was ready to ship the first week of May, and that they were "trying to coordinate" with a trucking company. Email after email has been sent, with their false promises of "next week" never coming into fruition.
Erustic will not return our emails any longer. If you call the phone number listed on their web site, you only get a recording prompting you to leave a message. This is supposedly a store location, however no one is ever there to answer the phone, nor will they return phone calls from messages left on that machine.
The company conveniently accepts PayPal and e-checks, so they have your cash without much recourse. They also accept credit cards, however you do not find out that you are getting ripped off by erustic until more than sixty days have passed, the limit set by most credit card companies to dispute charges on a statement.
DO NOT do business with these unscrupulous people! They are THIEVES hiding behind an elaborate web site!!
