Rip-off! Terrible customer service! Many unresolved problems! Slow workers!

We bought a modular home from Statewide modular which we love, but have had several problems which we told Bruce Goodstein and Dominic who are the owners but nobody ever contacts us. We have paid in full for the completion and have called the office several times (at least 10) that we have an outside resepticle that still doesn't work, the master bedroom floor has a noticeable dip where the 2 modular boxes meet, and we are still getting water in the basement from the bilco basement doors that are either not installed or sealed properly. We also had several light fixtures stolen that we had to replace again, and paint that one of the workers Brian took the reciepts and said we would be reimbursed, which we have not.

My husband called this past Friday and told the girl that he doesn't want to get an attorney involved so please correct the problems, which are really nothing major but need to be fixed. They in general are nice people but terrible with customer service in getting the house done in a timely manner and communication with the customer. The house was set 11/19!!!
