I ordered a bed, it did not arrive, I re-ordered it per home depot.com cust. Services advice, the second time it arrived it was damaged on the truck and was sent back, I did NOT ever receive a credit, and then I was fraudulently charged AGAIN a month later, I've called everyday only to get the runaround by an ESCALATION dept. I will be filing numerous complaints and am considering an attorney for this company which owes me for 2 charges bringing the total of $ 2,771.00
