Took money never heard from again

Paid $700.00 6 months ago via. Credit card to sell my time share, never heard from company again. Rep. Told me it should be sold in 3mths. Cannot get a call back. Same complaint as the other people on site. Sales Rep. Made it sound like people were lining up to buy my time share... Going to have to go legal against company
