I moved in to cedarwood apartments about 2 years ago, and stayed for 6 months. First thing that had and negleted to tell me is they have a problem wtih SILVERFISH and CENTERPEDES. These really freaked me out when I saw them crawing all over my walls. I almost had a neverous breakdown! They did spray with pesitides over and over again, never gave me a warning they cause any health problems. Oddly enough I was dignosed with lymphoma (cancer a few months later, which I no symptoms prior to moving in).
Also apparently the walls are so thin, that in the middle of the night I can hear loud music though the wall in my sons bedroom and the upstairs apartment.
If you want to park close to apartment, dont come home after 5, you'll have to walk a block!
When I moved in there, I was told if I wasnt happy with the apartment I could move to a diffrant apartment in their complex.
They didnt keep their promise. I had to break the lease for health reasons, and they refused to give me back my $595 security deposit. I think its a little unfair for all the hell I had to go through at Cedarwood apartments.
Also Rhonda, just yells at you. She said she was going to give me my security deposit back then a month later said Im not getting it.
