Charge me for a Down Payment of $1,772.86 and 2 Weeks and NO ONE TALKS TO ME Just Diffrent Voice Mails and No Return Calls

I Purchased a Jacuzzi on the 2nd of September and I have been talking to several people and for Some reason they are working on it and when I call back I get no Call backs and IF I call I get Voice Mail only. They Have Really Poor Customer Service after the sale and to top it off they wanna Charge a Re-stock fee but they won't commit to a date to deliver product. I am simply fed up with all these Games and Would like me money back. Restocking fee if they have not prossed the order yet. But they did charge my Credit card. To all stay away from this place it is not worth the headaches. Shop elsewhere... All Personell Has no clue what they are doing.
