Refused to credit returned item, would not return phone calls or emails Ripoff

I purchased an IBM motherboard from Minnesota Computers on December 4 using a credit card. The motherboard turned out not to be the right one, so I immediately returned it (december 8). I waited approximately 3 weeks for the credit to my charge card, but it did not show up. I then tried contacting the sales person i dealt with and was informed he was out for 2 days, but would deal with it upon his return. A week later I contacted them again, and got his voice mail and left a message. I also emailed him. After another week I called again and was informed he had left the company and someone else was looking into my case. I triedf repeatedly to contact that person and usualy got back an email saying they were "looking into it". Finally they stopped replying to email at all, and I could get nothign but voice mails for the sales people.in february I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and was awarded the amount of teh sale. Minnesota Computers contested it and the charge reappeared on my credit card. Their reasoning was because of their restocking fee. I was treated badly, and dealt with the worst customer service I have ever had in a transaction. I recommend never purchasing an item from Minnesota Computers. I certainly will not ever use them as a supplier again.
