After numerous e-mails, phone calls to my swiss replica they didnot deliver my watches for which i paid for by credit card. I got the run around spoke to a Jules on Mon, Oct. 22 she gave me a bogus tracking# for which she told me my order, was shipped out on the 18th Oct.
As of yet I have not heard by e-mail or by phone for which I left both on their customer service voice mail and by e-mail imagine that what kind of customer service has voice mail, anyway I did call their customer service line and again got Jules? And she told me again that it was sent out.
Again I tried a bogus tracking # for UPS a number in which I called UPS and they told me not only was it not a tracking# nor was it a referrance#. I went back on the internet to see a different# for which they listed on their website to call for orders (239) 217-6022 and that goes directly into voice mail. Now as of today they have taken that phone number off their website.
