The ethnogarden botanical business is a complete sham. I am interested in alternative medicine, herbs, and incenses. This site is in Canada which is my home country, so i figured they would be great. I placed my order on august 1st. To this date (September 22nd 2010) I have not received my order.
I received a couple robot e-mails confirming my order and saying my payment was accepted and shipping was to take place. I e-mailed them then to confirm everything was a go. Nothing.
Two weeks pass so I drop them another e-mail. Nothing. Three weeks... Four weeks... By this time I had sent approx 6 e-mails and left a couple voice mails on their phone number. No response. Nothing. When i tried to phone back again, their voice mail box was full, and i could not leave anymore messages. Stayed that way for almost 2 weeks.
To this date, I have e-mailed a few more times, and the phone number has a new voice mail, so I have left approx 8 to 10 messages on it. Nothing. My phone calls have been calm and collected, asking them to please get a hold of me, offering both my personal phone and e-mail.
Absolutely no contact has even been attempted by the EthnoGarden.By definition this is a complete and utter RIP-OFF! I am out over a hundred dollars, and this company still exists.
Do Not Use EthnoGarden Botanicals!!! It is a scam to take your hard-earned money.
