Lovel is what everyone calls him. He's does home improvement. He did some work in my home, where he charged $1,000 for installation of windows (this included labor and materials). He told my mom and I he was taking off the window frame to install the installation and I had purchased the foam insulation that he used. He never removed the window frames and when I told him about it, he said "no, its done this way. I informed him that I purchased the insulation in the can and I have the receipts. He used my personal bag of cement and rolled insulation for my mother's window and did not kick back any money. He charged $2,000 for some electrial work that he did not do. He never installed the circuit breaker or put in a seperate 220 line for the air conditioners because when the lights went out everything in the house went out.
I had to have someone else come in and the new person showed us what was done.in the contract he brought to us, it stated that he was installing a new circuit breaker and when we called this to his attention to it, he said it was a mistake and never revised the contract. Everytime, we tried talking to him he constantly lied and my mom never trusted him to come back in our home. We got someone else to finish out the stuff in the contract.
