Ripoff-Advertise stickup bulbs for $19.99. My credit card was billed 493.94, Jersey

I ordered Stick up Bulds from a Tv commercial. The bulbs was priced $19.99 plus $6.99 for shipping and handling. There was a supposedly FREE Platinum OWL light. There was an additional $6.99 fee added for shipping and handling.

I recieved the shipment. I found out there was additional bulbs added $59.97. There was alSO a $6.99 shipping and handling fee for the Platinum Owl magnifyer. My credit card was charged $93.94.

I spoke with a customer service rep. She could not offer any reason for the extra bulbs. But stated If I wanted to keep the 2 bulbs they would adjust my bill. I told her I would return all the items for a full refund. I do not want to do business with any one, who would use thes tactics.
