They went ovr budget by $5000 then after 11 months they said that we cannot finish it — I hired another builder who for $30,000 finished their incomplete work till Plaster stage. I have to pay $10000 atleast to have the thing plastered, to top it off, one of the electrical subs wants to get re-payed as he says they never payed him, or else they will put a lien. This is BULLSHIT, this thing ran me $122,000 plaster costs. And now I get an email announcing bankruptcy.
Such a rip off. Some lawyer call me, maybe we can sue the hell out of them.
