Brian Cullingworth built my pool in 2006 along with landscaping and patio work. The pool is now empty pending over $13,500 in needed repairs due to faulty workmanship, poor design and improper use of materials. The spillway they build for the raised jacuzzi was built with improper bonding materials allowing the spill way to leak the salt pool water into the gunite causing cracks in the gunite, rusty rebar, and cracks in the pebble tech plaster work. The damage is extensive and now the pool must be jack hammered out to remove the rusty rebar, re-gunite the damaged pool, and re-plaster, the estimated cost is over $13,500. To ad insult to injury Cullingworth Pools filed for bankruptcy shortly after receiving their final installment but NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK! I had to pay another pool contractor to complete the job because Cullingworth Pools took my money and never came back to finish the pool.
Although Cullingworth himself promised to have the pool completed before the summer months arrived, weeks went by with nobody on the job. I called constantly to plead with them to finish my pool but it took until late August to get near completion but after I handed over the final payment which they said was needed to complete the work they filed bankruptcy and never came back.
