In the beginning of May, we hired this company “Playmore Pools” for our new pool. They told us, the project will be between 6 or eight weeks. It’s almost 12 weeks the product is not finish. They put the concrete shell right away, but the plaster is not done. They also built the deck but they are not finished with the stain. The owner (Barry) is an approachable person but they don’t keep their word. They say that tomorrow will do this, that…and does not happen (don’t expect any call from him to excuse himself for his failure). They are saying for weathers problems, permits and other excuses. Barry told us Monday, that the plaster will be Tuesday or Wednesday (perfect weather)…... Today is Saturday and we still waiting. I’m very disappointed with their service and their unprofessionalism.
