Addison Bachman (626-335-1000) and Jack Jackson (626-255-4557) hof Baja Pools spent 10 months lying and showing up a few days a month while collecting huge sums of money and never completing job. Despite constant promises and begging for me not to report them - they abandoned the project.
Now there is a lien on my house from sub-contractors for money that addison stole from us.
Here is his email to me from 2 days ago.

Please be advised that Baja Pools closed its doors about 2 weeks ago. Baja Pools Inc. Is completely insolvent and bankrupt. I'm sure this is not a great surprise to you but I felt you should know. All future remedies will be determined by the bankruptcy courts. To that extent any further communication regarding this matter will be done under advisement.
Please consider this information and pursue as you wish. All we can offer today is our sincere apology.
