I placed an order with Pro Seal (Hicksville, NY) in early March. Did not receive my order in the timeframe given (4-6 weeks).
I have called them many times, and have received every excuse (lie) in the book. It was the post-office's fault, they were back-ordered, it had shipped and should arrive any day - the list goes on. Still have not received my order.
My call today went like this - I got a recorded message that all customer service reps were busy and to stay on the line - several minutes of waiting, and then they hung up. This happened several times.
This company is clearly interested in only one thing - defrauding you of your money. Stay clear of them - do not do business with them! They are dishonest, and will steal from you.
I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I'm probably out $27.90 and a lot of time and frustration.
