I ordered the TV advertised product on April 24, my credit card was billed May24 and still have not received it as of today August 18. I was Originaly informed that the order would take 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered to my house. I called the 1-800 number on June20 and they informed me that it had already been sent out. They asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said yes. They informed me that I could return the Pro Seal Kit as soon as it arrived my House and I will get my money back.
The people that I talked to both times were not cooperative at all. There is no email address or phone numbers that they will give out so you can talk anyone who might be in charge.
Today is August18 I still haven't received my Order I called the 1-800 number again and this time you don't
even get a Person you can talk to. All you get is a answering machine which says
If you have questions about your Order please call Customer service another 1-800 Number.
I found the rip off report after I googled the 800 # for Pro Seal and usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff199599.htm
someone else was having the exact same problem that I am. I actually copied this person's report word for word, just changed a few items, because I was told the same thing have gotten nowhere.
This sounds like I am out $55.80 and a lot of time and energy.
