I placed an order in April and never received the product. I called their 800 number sometime during the summer. I was told they shipped the product to my address. I told the rep I never received anything. She told me they would re-ship. Its now October and still no order has arrived. I've tried calling the 800 # and the line just rings. I tried e-mailing and the message bounces back.
