Well, my story sounds just like everyone elses. My original order date was April 18. I'm still waiting on a refund "that will take 30 days". It's funny that it only took them one day to take the money. I had all the sames lies — it was mailed, will sent out another one but it is on backorder.
When you talk with anyone at Pro-seal, you can picture them holding the phone away from their ear and rolling their eyes. You know they could care less.
Most companies that I deal with online don't charge you UNTIL your item is sent. Apparently, if they did that, they wouldn't be in business any longer. (Which would be a good thing).
Don't deal with Pro-Seal!!! Stay away from them.
