Wow. Should I have checked here before I ordered. I ordered the tv deal. Buy 1 for 19.99 get the 2nd free. The shipping and handling was 9.95 each which I did not notice. When I got the order, Wa La, 6 cans of Flex Seal. 4 which I did not order. Immediately I contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge. I then called Flex Seal customer service. Press 4 and all reps are busy, but I stayed on hold and someone came back to me. We "discussed" the order and I was informed there was nothing that could be done because the order was automated and I must have ordered that quanity. I informed the rep on the other side that I had not intention of pay for more than the $39.89 including shipping that I ordered. I also told the rep that I would be calling the South Carolina Attorney Generals Office to file a complaint against this company. He immediately offered a $30 discount when I said no, he then put me on hold and spoke with his supervisor. When he came back he told me he would email me a UPS postage paid return label. When they received their Flex Seal it would come off my credit card. I will give them 24 hours to get me the return label. If I do not receive the label or the credit I will file another report and contact the Attorney Generals Office.
