Ripoff dishonest exchange policy

Sleepy's is horrible, I purchased a Stearns and Foster Plaza Ambassador King set in September and within a day or 2 the mattress began to sag. I am up to my 4th exchange with these jokers! The problem is that Sleepy's is only allowing an exchange on my mattress and not the entire set.

So I am locked into purchasing Stearns and Foster mattresses. If I purchase another brand mattress and use the existing S&F box spring the warranty on the mattress is deemed void. I am now in a vicious cycle of getting S&F mattresses that continually sag on me. I called customer service yesterday and asked for a full exchange and they said they can't do that and only the exchange team can make that decision. I told them that this will be the 4th exchange I will be making and I don't want to deal with any S&F brands based on the history I've had with them. They said there was nothing they could do. Well I've sent an email to the exchange team asking for a full exchange so I can at least go with a different brand, if they can't do that I asked for a full refund so I can go to another more reputible dealer. Good luck, right... Stay away from Sleepy's!!!
