We ordered to cribs on February 17. After 6 weeks went by we sent their customer service an e-mail and asked when the cribs would be delivered. E-mail is the only way you can contact them. They don't have a phone number or a toll free number on their website anywhere. They e-mailed us back and said it should be shipped by April 4th. Needless to say it wasn't shipped. It is May 11th and we still don't have our cribs. We have sent another e-mail to ask for a new ETA. There was no reply. So much for their 1 day reply guarantee. We e-mailed them 1 more time to cancel our order and again there was no response or confirmation of the cancellation. Thank God we ordered the cribs on a credit card and were able to have the charges reversed. Take my advice don't shop at babysheaven.com. From now on my wife and I are shopping at a real store.
